NobizLikeShowbiz
To quote the most die-hard Michigan fan I know "Beating Ohio State by 70 and winning a bowl won't wipe the bad taste out of my mouth." :thumb:

oldrambler
Questions: 1) When is Carr fired? 2) Does UM rebound or implode? 3) Do people finally start questioning the Big10? 1) I don't think so right now, as another stated he still has some games to help save his job - should Tressel get him again, he imo is out. 2) Rebound 3) No, with Mich., Wisc, Penn St., Ohio St. imo it would be crazy to question the big10. H
Hats off to Appy State. Crushing loss for UM. Time to move on Lloyd... Lloyd Carr has been presiding over Michigan's deterioration as a college football power for many years now. Michigan has been humiliated in several recent bowls at the hands of USC and Tennessee. Since 2000, they have lost non-conference matchups to UCLA, Washington, Oregon, Texas, Nebraska and have a lopsided losing record to Ohio State in the Tressel era. Time for Lloyd to go... letabrotherspeak
What an utter ignominious defeat for the Wolverines. Any faint hopes of contending for a title dashed before 3:30 on the opening weekend.
