No, but I remember the Bob Braun show that originated from Cincy. They had a segment called "Dialing for Dollars" where they called a phone number and the person had to answer a certain way. I don't remember anyone ever winning that.

May 17, 200719 yr I'm only 22 so I don't remember nearly anything you old timers do. One things that sticks out in my mind though is after a big win in little league all the players on the team would pile into the beds of a couple of the dads trucks and ride to get ice cream. If someone did that now they would be thrown in jail. I know safety should always come first but that is easily one of my favorite memories from when I was younger.

May 18, 200719 yr For those of you who grew up in the Lexington viewing area, do you remember the after school show on WTVQ (channel 62 and now 36)? It starred a clown named "Happy" and a puppet named "Froggy". They showed cartoons, the Three Stooges and (I think) old Flash Gordon serials. The show's director was a guy named Rick and whenever they went from the live portion to one of the cartoons or shorts they would say, "Roll em Ranger Rick". May 23, 200719 yr 6 channels? WOW. We got maybe 3 or 4. We had the 3 major networks, NBC, ABC and CBS but didn't always get CBS. We could sometimes get a PBS channel. Yeah 6 channels. 5 WLWT, 9 WCPO, 12 WKRC, 19 WXIX, 18 WLEX, 27 WKYT, 36 WTVQ(used channel 62 back then).

I only got to meet him (and The Cool Ghoul) a couple times; but he was a great ambassador for NKY and just an all-around good person.
