You've met Jerry Clower? I bet that was awesome!

And to UKPat02, I remember mentioning I was a Colgate University fan and you were nice enough to message me that story about meeting Adonal . Very, very funny. :thumb: Since I first posted in this thread, I went to a convention in Indianapolis. Got to meet Tony Todd, he played Candyman in those films. David Naughton from just about everything, most notably American Werewolf in London. At the same convention I met John Landis, Shawnee Smith. In just one week I'm going to Dallas to meet just about every actor associated with the Elm Street franchise, including the one and only Robert Englund.

February 27, 200818 yr I've met literally tons of wrestlers from going to Pillman Memorial Shows in Cincinnati in the late 90's. Steve Austin, William Regal, Mick Foley, Chris Benoit, Chris Jericho, Dallas Page (a real class A Jerk BTW), Al Snow, Rey Mysterio Jr, and Dean Malenko just to name a few. With the lone exception of Dallas Page- all of them were extremely nice. I met Pete Rose while eating at the Montgomery Inn Boathouse in the Summer of 1998. Not only was Pete extremely nice, he actually invited us to go to River Downs with him! LOL! True story. While we 4 Bible College students declined, that was the first time I thought to myself "Oh yeah he bet on baseball." I also ran into Pokey Reece at the Meijer in Florence. I was looking at magazines and he walks up and starts looking through SLAM Magazine. And I said "Hey are you Pokey Reese?" And he said "Yeah you want my autograph or something?" And I said "Nope. just wondering." He was NOT pleased as he had already pulled HIS OWN Sharpie from his jeans. I was in Banana Republic at the Kenwood Town Center in Cincinnati while Geroge Clooney was there during his ER days. I did not approach him as he had two rather stout looking bodyguards with him who glared at anyone that got within a few feet of the man. And finally my best friend growing up's backyard sat back-to-back with Ron Cyrus, father of the Achy Breaky Haircut Mistakey and met Billy Ray several times. And when i say met I mean I threw rocks at him while he mowed his Dad's lawn. I grew up just a street over from where he and his ex-wife lived, made famous in the "Where Am I Gonna Live" video. When Cyrus got mega-famous when I was a teenager I was blown away that the "loser" that drove the old bread truck was now famous. But boy I made a few bucks taking pictures of tourists in front the Faith Christian Assembly church in Flatwoods and their infamous "Jesus Can Mend Your Achy Breaky Heart" sign! So wherever Billy Ray is now I thank him for providing me plenty of money that summer for L&J's footlongs and milkshakes, and Snapples from BP.
February 27, 200818 yr Shaun Alexander has taken me out to eat at Red Lobster which is the only time that I really have spent time with someone famous, I have seen many athletes in person throughout my life though.
