April 17, 200719 yr Sticky Fingers- a memphis company you can find restaruants in South Carolina, Georgia, etc. I was in Hilton Head and ate at this restaraunt and had to buy some bottles to take home. A buddy also was turned on to this down at Norris Lake when he learned how to smoke ribs. We smoked some at a Bengals Tailgate and used Sticky Fingers Sauce and it was unbelievable. Try it. http://www.stickyfingersonline.com/
April 17, 200719 yr If I don't make it myself I like KC's masterpiece. Country Bob's is good for a change up.
June 17, 200719 yr Here in West Kentucky, I absolutley love Starnes. Really thin sauce and it has a great kick... it is awesome.
June 17, 200719 yr If were grilling ribs we always use a dry rub and give some barbeque on the side. Too many barbeque places put tons of sauce on ribs, I cant stand it. :thumb: :thumb: I agree on the dry rub for ribs. I also think that restaraunts put way too much sauce on ribs. I'll take a dry rub with sauce at the side anytime.
June 17, 200719 yr Sweet Baby Ray's is my favorite but the Jack Danials grilling sauce in the bags is great also.. Just drop your steak or ribs in the bag and let it marinate awhile.. Good stuff.. :thumb: Sweet Baby Ray's is fantastic!!! and my favorite.
June 17, 200719 yr Open Pit b.b.q. sauce in the hickory flavor is one of my favorites. Open Pit is a very thin sauce and is very good.
