Chrissy just informed us that if you keep your pitch count low early in the game, it allows you to pitch later in the game. I'm not sure what is more frightening, his baseball knowledge or the fact he found a significant other that thinks he is VERY charming and funny. Didnt see effort...what did he do?

June 8, 200719 yr With respect to Griffey, once a player feels/hears the warning track, they usually count 3 steps and realize, they are at the wall. It appeared Griffey, chopped his 2nd and jumped a little too soon but never fault a player, for attempting to make a play at the wall....He's climbed, banged and ran into, many walls in his day.

June 8, 200719 yr :laugh: Field is divided into 22 parts.... For example a RF would have a certain area in which balls he should get to. One for line drives and one for fly balls.

That play, however, was not an indication of that. It was a hard play, very hard, and he made a valiant effort. Are there guys that make that play, sure, but it certainly wasn't routine.
