Another season has come to a end for our beloved Wildcats,yes it was a little disappointed,but there's next season to look forward to. And with some big recruits coming in I see a bright future.GO CATS.

That's the last I heard, with him expected to announce early April, however there's a thread over in the Boys BBall Forum where someone said Patterson is about to announce for Florida, and I'm just wondering if their's any truth to it.

He actualy has added WVU to the mix with the other three, and will cut it back to three this week sometime and announce second week of April, that came from Pattersons own mouth.

For some reason I've just had this feeling all day that Tubby would pull a Joe B. Hall from 1985 today.

Not with 1.5 mil coming at the beginning of next month.

I said a while back that WVU is a real dark horse contender for Patterson, and that's looking to be closer to reality than it was at that point. I haven't been asking around much on the issue but I'll see what I can dig up...

If Morris leaves and we dont get Lucas& Patterson, it could get ugly for Tubby.... He may have to move to Pikeville & car pool.

I talked to Beline for a while this week. And I seen Pattersons mom say she hopes he goes there, and he told me he has a real shot.

I tell you another darkhorse but I dont see it, is Marshall, if they get UF assistant coach (forgot his name but was at Pikeville College) and he is the front runner for the job then who knows, he has said he is really close to him, but I think if he gets it then it will hurt Floridas chances.

The lack of guard play is what really hurt UK this game. Meeks was 3-14, Bradley 1-6, and Crawford 4-12. 8-32 just won't get it done.

Meeks and Crawford are the only ones who could match up athletically with them. Meeks looked out of control today though. Crawford looks like he has ADHD on the court. Sometimes outstanding and sometimes just standing.

 

Bradley had to have a big game today and I thought his performance was the most disappointing. He had the quickness on the perimeter but just no head for the game. He is a fine 2 gaurd but cannot run a team.

 

Jasper needs to gain alot strength and confidence. He was truley a boy among men today. An off season of lifting and getting stronger could really make a difference in him.

I still don't think Patterson is the answer but Lucas may be. A true point gaurd with the ability to score would help this team so much.

You do realize that to do this they must be one of the top two teams in the SEC. Most years that would mean winning the east. Are you predicting that? If so, put down that drink.
