Cats are out, seasons over, don't really care what anyone else does from here on out, as long as TN and OSU go down soon.....
March 19, 200719 yr We could all if and but things...IF Shaun Livingston had gone ahead to Duke (his career would likely still be ok), and Luol hadn't left...Duke would be way up there also...nothing can be done about dreams that didn't happen. Apples and oranges. Duke has nothing to do with a player choosing to go pro or with a player leaving early. UK lost Hansbrough and Wright to another school (not the pros) because the assistants got lazy and couldn't close the deal. Two different scenarios.

March 19, 200719 yr This Kansas team is awesome.. Shame on me, one of the few times I'd got to watch them this season. They've got an excellent bunch of guards, and they were clicking on all cylinders today. Don't see many teams capable of knocking them off left in this field. If they keep up this pace, the Jayhawks easily cut down the nets IMO.
March 19, 200719 yr UK had to hope that Kansas was not hitting a good percentage of their threes to be able to upset the Jayhawks, which obviously did not happen. The Cats need improvement at several spots to be a title contender again.

I believe Tubby is too much of a class act just to stick around for 1.5 million, if his heart isn't in it. :thumb: I agree 100%, Tubby will stay if his heart is in and he wants to, he is not the money grabbing act that some certain others have been.
