Ouch....KU really dominated this one. They simply are in a completely different level than UK. Tubby really, really needs for Patterson AND Lucas to come to Lexington. I don't see Morris sticking around. What say you?

Story of this season is what might have been. UK ended up in the seed and position they were in because of an inability to finish games and win the important ones. A better seed was there for the taking but they got a lane violation against MSU. They led for over 39 minutes at Vandy but lost it at the end. Right there the other time against Vandy, and against UT, but lost it. Lost it after the first half at Georgia. And it goes on. The difference between the average team UK was this year and what it could have been were found in those games. They had a nice performance against 'Nova and a good first half against the Jayhawks, but IMO they never should have been in this game because they had so many chances to raise their seed.

Pray, pray, pray that the thread in the Boys Basketball forum is incorrect that Patterson is going to Florida.

This game further backs the point that the talent at UK is not among the elites.

Too bad Perry and Thomas waited until their final two games in the blue to step up their game. Both played very well in the tourney.

Good bye Thomas, Perry, and Woo. Wish you the best.

Can't wait to replace them with players that are actually athletic!!!

Recruiting is key to Tubby's future. So he may need to get n the ROAD starting today. Forget everything else and go get patterson and lucas. Then Come back and fire Hanson and Riggot (sp?)

About as expected.

Bradley was a complete no show. That really hurt. To much Rush and Chalmers for UK to handle.

Kansas should roll into the final four.

Where are our two gentlemen who said this UK team would be in the Final Four?

I would say that Kansas may make a couple of more teams say Ouch before this tournament is over.

Tubby Smith:

Prefers yellow Gatorade over green

I submit that Tubby Smith is to blame for the Kansas loss.

The better team won today and as RP said they dominated every phase of the game. Hats off to B. Perry as he closed his career on a positive note. The difference was when RM had to sit and UK played into the hands of the strengths of Kansas. I really see no weakness in Kansas.

I also think RM does not return.

Time to support the Bat Cats.

My bet would be a bar.:D

Brutal 2nd half for the Cats. And now we enter a critical 30 days for the program...
