It was Duke, but the way UK is falling off before long it will be Eastern Kentucky. :D

Depending on how you look at it. If you go by rivalries as far as seeing each other quite often then its either Louisville or Florida. UL the in state rivalry, UF the in conference rivalry. But if your looking at signifigance of games between two schools then ultimately UK has played more important and legendary games against Duke than they have anyone. Its a quiet rivalry that don't get hyped as much, but when you take into consideration 92' UK/Duke, 98' UK/Duke, then the 2000??? Jimmy V' game between UK/Duke, what three UL, UF, or IU games even come close? Legendary games is what makes a real good rivalry, Duke and UK has just that. To further my assumption, if UK gets beat out, a majority of Cat fans will still silently wish all well to the Cards'. However, you name me one true Kentucky fan that doesn't hate Duke, or one true Duke fan that doesn't hate Kentucky, then I'll hand you someone who is truely not a fan. The two hate each other, but due to not seeing each other as often as others, they are not considered to be as big of a rivalry.

Don't forget 1978 ;)

Right off top of my head I voted for Louisville, but Florida and Tennessee are close behind.

No doubt two programs going in opposite directions.

I'll go with Florida as UK's biggest rival as of now.

Why are people saying Florida? B/c you can't beat them any longer?

Yeah, that's it.....

I voted for UL but I could see the Florida argument. We have to play them twice a year and their games count in the conference standings. UK isn't used to having a team in the SEC consistantly beat them. Arkansas did it in the early to mid 90s and that became a great rivalry. It used to be IU, but that hasn't been much of a rivalry for the last 15 years since IU hardly ever wins anymore!

Yeah, that's it.....

The opposite reason must be why Indiana is getting zero votes. What with winning 13 of 16 games against the Hoosiers.

In all seriousness, I believe that Louisville is #1 and that Indiana is #2. Lot more back and forth history there than Florida or Tennessee.

UofL without a doubt. Why would anyone think anything different?

Id have to go with L'Ville since Pitino is there and it is in-state.
