This came up on Twitter feed. Probably something to note in terms of streaming. I'll update when I know more.

Here is the Elder/Moeller game from last week for anyone interested.

10/09/2026 - (859) Sports Radio - Elder Panthers at Highlands Bluebirds - Football

From Mike Dyer:

Miami University has offered a scholarship to Highlands 2029 QB Bryce Armstrong, according to Highlands coach Bob Sphire.

Armstong also has scholarship offers from Miami University, Tulane, Troy and Austin Peay and Southern University.

Armstrong visited Wisconsin this past weekend. He has interest from the Badgers along with schools that include Indiana, Florida, Louisville and Georgia Tech.

Armstrong has thrown for 904 yards and 13 touchdowns this season for the Bluebirds, ranked No. 1 in Kentucky Class 4A. He has rushed for 512 yards and eight touchdowns.

Highlands (6-1) plays host to Elder (5-2) at 7 p.m. Friday.

Wisconsin just offered as well!!

Asking a fair question and probably don't really want to hear the answer.

Has Elder ever lost 3 games in a row?

Yes, three times in the last 10 years; most recently in 2024.

The Panthers have averaged four losses per season in that span. Not surprising with the slate they play.

Seemed to me that the Highland line play (both ways) controlled the game against CovCath. Can they possibly repeat this dominance against Elder? Probably going to be needed. Could be a classic trench war.

Any word on ticket availability? I have been told by a couple of people that website is not showing ability to purchase tickets.

Trinity handed Elder their worst loss ever at The Pit in 2011, 56-7.

Elder wins this one.

There has been a TON of email traffic (from Wes) alerting students and fans to get your hands on a presale electronic ticket prior to Friday! The probability of tickets available still by Friday might be very slim.

The nice caveat is the email states that if you get a presale ticket you will be guaranteed to enter the stadium, they won't lock you out like they did for that basketball game fiasco.

Wow Moeller uniforms are terrible. Black and light blue? They look like an arena league expansion team. How do you mess that up? They were a classic uniform years ago.
