My understanding is that it is techincally not allowed, but no one enforces it.

It’s hard to believe that St X lost 7 games this season. I assume most of them were out of state.

Based on what I witnessed, that sounds right.  And I hate to dwell on this but the hanging on the rim was above and beyond.  But... that is what you get when you don't enforce rules, things slide further and further downhill.  With all that said, and as a fan, I loved the dunks!!

I didn't watch the game, just followed along here. No technicals were given, so apparently the 3 officials on the court didn't think they crossed the line.  An extra shake is rarely called.  Usually extensive hanging or doing a pull up gets called.
