February 11, 200719 yr On a side note, class move by Noah after he charged in the first half, when he cussed the UK Cheerleader. I don't know who he was doing it to but he extended his arm out at them also.
February 11, 200719 yr Has anyone ever seen Derrick Jasper shoot the basketball? (Other then a dunk, or lay up)? No.
February 11, 200719 yr Has anyone ever seen Derrick Jasper shoot the basketball? (Other then a dunk, or lay up)? He cant. If you noticed that Florida left him open for the second half.
February 11, 200719 yr Author UK had something to do with Florida playing bad, also. And UF had something to do with UK shooting terrible behind the arc, whether or not some will admit it...
February 11, 200719 yr Has anyone ever seen Derrick Jasper shoot the basketball? (Other then a dunk, or lay up)? I think he has hit one three all year to be honest. I was waiting for Tubby to take him out and put Meeks in towards the end and he finally did.
February 11, 200719 yr UK finally played for a whole ball game. It kills you when the leagues best FT shooter goes 3-8. But without Bradley and his heart it would have been a worse loss. UK couldnt hit the three therefore allowing Florida to pack the middle with a match up 2-3. Bobby Perry is not a big game player, and Crawford finally went cold. Please tell me it hasn't taken you 4 years to realize Perry isn't a big game player.
February 11, 200719 yr On a side note, class move by Noah after he charged in the first half, when he cussed the UK Cheerleader. Yeah, he tried to slap her pom poms away like a little girl...
February 11, 200719 yr Start talking about him then for a change of pace. I'm sorry, it's so freaking old hearing about Lofton. Chris Lofton is a Volunteer and everyone needs to get over it. It was okay when he was a freshman, but it has gotten tired. What's he going to do, transfer?! Just don't repeat the mistake again.
February 11, 200719 yr Maybe I should rephrase....Florida didn't play bad anymore than UK did. As I said the difference in the game was FTs. And that's a big part of my point. Playing like this isn't common for Florida. For UK... you watch the games...
February 11, 200719 yr You know what? I curse the day I heard the name Chris Lofton because of this board. It's such that I can't even root for the kid to do well in any game, just because I want people to shut up about him. UK didn't recruit him, people need to get over it. It stinks, and he clearly would have helped, but it has been years. There are other mistakes that are haunting this team more than one guy they didn't go after. Also the Wright kid down in UNC, he was recruited by UK, and he is stepping his game up as we speak!
February 11, 200719 yr And UF had something to do with UK shooting terrible behind the arc, whether or not some will admit it... They definitely had something to do with it, but UK still missed a LOT of open threes. A lot.
February 11, 200719 yr And UF had something to do with UK shooting terrible behind the arc, whether or not some will admit it... 100% agree. FTs decided this game. UF made enough, UK didn't.
February 11, 200719 yr Yeah, he tried to slap her pom poms away like a little girl...  I would have loved to see what would have happen if he would have hit that cheerleader for UK. Talk about one of those male cheerleaders laying into him.:fight:
February 11, 200719 yr I would have liked to have seen Porter get in the game, especially when the gators went zone… I also didn’t like the four guards/Thomas line-up…. I did like the heart the cats showed. If they play with the same heart and intensity as they did tonight they’ll be just fine, because I doubt they will shoot that bad the rest of the season….
February 11, 200719 yr And that's a big part of my point. Playing like this isn't common for Florida. For UK... you watch the games... Did you and Billy squash things finally. You have been quite an advocate lately.
