Bowling Green is in the final 5 of TP94's power ratings between 20 and 25.

I'm fine with you not including them in your top 25, but to not have them in the Others Receiving Votes seems off for me.  I'd have that on my bulletin board for motivation.

With only 3 other teams (really only two) getting votes the KSR rankings are definitely some form of an echo chamber/groupthink/hive mind. 

Beechwood seems pretty high to me, especially considering Scott co didn’t make the list, along with 4 other 2A schools.

Devils advocate, how would the Tigers fare against Scott Co?

As a Beechwood fan I would not like that matchup at all for my Tigers.

HSRatings.com has Murray #30 and Maxpreps has them #27.

The predictions use the Massey ratings so different system than KSR rankings.

We don't like to use "wrong", the preferred term is "accuracy challenged". 

I do not think the KSR team really follows high school sports. They just know names, traditions and anything central Kentucky.
