The Cats (17-7) (6-5) travel to Austin and take on the Longhorns (15-9) (4-7) this Saturday at 8:00pm on ESPN. The Cats are coming off a big win at Rupp over #5 ranked Tennessee. The Longhorns coming off a 23-point home loss to #2 ranked Alabama. Go Cats!!

    Wow, this will be a tough one, give me Texas by 5 points.

    This seems to be one of those games UK has lost this year. Coming off a big win, looking like things are going well. Then going on the road and losing to a team that they should be better than. Hopefully that is not the case this time and the Cats pull off another win.

    Texas has become the great underachiever since the Chris Beard debacle.  UK wins and I see the Longhorns coach not lasting to coach the 2025-26 season.

    Just saw the Cats will be without their #2 and #3 leading scorers in Butler and Robinson. For Texas Chendall Weaver is out and Authur Kaluma is listed as doubtful between them they have combined for 19.5 points and 13 rebounds per game.

    Kentucky  78-74.

    UK going off as a 3.5 point underdog.

    Texas is more damaged by losing two key players than Kentucky.

    Cats led 17-15 at the under 12 media timeout. Early on the Longhorns are getting a lot of easy baskets in the paint on the Cats defense.
