I am not saying Collin is wrong about anything there but I know from listening the Bengals are probably his least favorite franchise, he beats the Bengals down on a regular basis. 

The Bengals are doomed.

Joe is the "GM".  He thinks that it can all happen.

He does like to knock the Bengals. He was saying this year during the season that the Bengals don't have an indoor practice field so he is clearly off target on some of his comments. My guess is he slams the Bengals because of being friends with Carson Palmer - who is my least favorite Bengal ever. Carson is a pompous, overrated jerk. I call him Mr Pick Six.

That said, I think he makes good points about the Bengals slimmed down organization. The 4 scouts versus 26 for the Eagles is an eye opener. The Bengals like their coaches to do scouting in the off season. I wonder if any other teams do that.

The last time the national media truly came at the Bengals like this was during the draft leading up to the Bengals drafting Burrow, and during his rookie year. They talked about how Burrow should refuse to go to Cincinnati, that the Bengals don't deserve Burrow, etc. It seemed to bring this fan base together, but also seemed to get the Bengals to change their ways some due to the national criticism. That next off season the Bengals for like one of the first times up to that point truly were players in free agency and made some huge moves that helped that Super Bow run. They went out and got Trey, Larry O, Awuzie, Hilton, Bell, etc. So hopefully now with the media and even Joe Burrow putting pressure on the organization, it helps get the organization to continue to change their thinking again and pay their guys even if it means doing contracts differently than they like to. 

Which for the record I don't think Tee ever gets to Free Agency, as I think the Bengals will franchise tag him at worst. That would be $26 million a year, and would allow them time to work out a deal or potentially trade him without losing him nothing. 

The Bengals have alot of holes to fix and only have 6 picks this year.
