I would have Evangel Christian in Championship but Christian Doerr their best player is out with a broken hand. 

I'm a big believer in defense so I looked at the current Massey Ratings and sorted the All A teams based on their defensive ratings.

DCA is a really good defensive team from the 12th region.  They have good physical guards, and an elite shot blocker.  Not very deep though, so if foul trouble occurs it will hurt them.

Lyon County takes the title over Murray

 

This is Lyon Country tournament to lose. Their shooting and discipline are gonna be tough for any team to beat them and that's for the Sweet 16 as well. Newport/Evangel healthy are the only ones I can see make a game of it. And I don't think either team is right now. 

Just hoping Lyon County makes it to Saturday. Wanting to see them play but have work and other distractions on Thursday and Friday. Would love to see a Newport/Lyon semifinal.

Their are 2 teams with Elite level size, DCA and Evangel. Evangels bigs are quite a bit more developed than DCA. That being said Evangel and Lyon in the final and the only way Lyon loses is if they give it away.

Having watched them twice, I got to think Newport is a threat in both the All A and Sweet Sixteen.  Deep, athletic as all get out, two 6’8” guys in Turner and Starks that can both dominate the paint and probably the best guard in the Ky Class of 2026 in Kinney.  Well coached and a complete team.  Newport vs Lyon Co. could be a classic.
