NEWCATH84
The Big Trains roll again tonight in the Grove. The Trains were led by Corey Pelle with 42 points and two big dunks. Teddy Wiseman added 19 points. The Trains used a strong press and ran all night to stop Calvary. Everytime I see them play I am more impressed by the D of SG than anything, they cause a lot of turnovers. Calvary was led by Joe Flanigan who had 16 in the first half but then was held to only 4 in the second to finish with 20. He seems to be a real good ball player but just got shutdown after halftime. The Trains shot over 60% from the line and 50% from the outside. Way to go Big Trains!!
mgarlich1969
Congrats to the Trains on the team's 6th straight win! Every player that gets in the game contributes. It takes an entire group effort to play as unselfishly as they do. As mentioned above, Corey Pelle scored 42 points which eclipsed his previous career high score of 40. Corey was honored before the game for scoring his 1,000 point during the Holiday Tournament in Berea, KY. He joins his brother Justin who accomplished the same feat last year. Teddy Wiseman also continues his streak of playing extremely well. Congratulations to Teddy for being one of this weeks KY Post Top Performers. Good luck to Silver Grove as they play next week in the Tenth Region All 'A' Classic.

The 37th has the best to all "a' schools in the tenth, and depending on the bracket set-up it should be the finals.

Mustang
"Pelle can play." Quote from the Enky article may be the understatement of the year.
