Highlands travels to Union to face Cooper on Friday. The Birds have looked like a different team since the loss to Cov Cath. Cooper comes into the game at 4-1 after putting it on Great Crossing 40-0 last week. Who wins?

Big game. The way things have looked as of late I think Highlands wins without much trouble.

Had this one on the schedule for quite some time and I think it comes down to a last possession kind of game.  You can watch it on (859) Sports Radio at 7:30.

I like Highlands but not by much. Hopefully the Birds come to play like the past couple of weeks. Are the Birds healthy? Certainly they have to have some Bumps and Bruises. This week and next week will be some Physical Football.

Exactly.  Not to mention Cooper was winning that game 10-7 with about 8 minutes to go in the game before the wheels came off.  All good, two teams will show up, play and the better team will win.

I think Highlands wins big, with the outcome settled early in the 3rd quarter.

Highlands and not close. They now look like the team most expected to see this season. I’ve been saying for years that they wouldn’t lose a game in 2023. So of course CovCath played the spoiler ?, but I really don’t see it happening again.
