Final. Mistakes and three quarters of dormant offense doom the Shamrocks.

Shocked. I didn't see that coming. Congrats to Male.

This, I'm guessing is the situation.

Great game by Male. This is not the T we are used to seeing.

Congrats to Male.

Agreed. I'm curious how many Shamrocks fans are going to be calling for heads to roll.

They haven’t beaten Male or St X since 2020.

They are 4-6 against KY schools the last 2 years.

This is not what Trinity fans are used to & quite frankly, not what any of us are used to.  I’m sure Coach Cobb can coach…Trinity fans just don’t want it to be there anymore.

People acting surprised by the outcome, but this has been the trend for a few seasons. It's good for 6A football but I understand if you're a T fan it's not acceptable.

We have been calling for Cobb’s replacement for two years. You can’t replace the Goat Beatty, I get that. However, you can’t just throw the aspects of what made him great away and select the parent’s choice for a coach without a proper search. The whole thing was a lazy exercise. Start with the AD and clean house.

A lot of this has to do with Rob Mullins and his view that Trinity football is not as important to the school as the fans make it out to be. Hence the change in the field. He told me that all the white was bad for the soccer team. I asked when was the last time soccer packed the stadium. He ignored me. Not that the soccer team doesn't deserve the facilities too, but be realistic.

I agree. Things could clearly be worse than they are. I know with the success Trinity has had and with the past couple years it’s been a change, but it could definitely be worse.

If Mullins said that then he needs to go too. Football made Trinity and put them on the map. To think otherwise is ridiculous.

I thought Trinity would win but obviously was wrong.
