I'm not 100% positive of the guidelines, but my assumption would be that when weather is in question like this, it's somewhat of an ongoing matter of monitoring and not just one official reading, right?

I'd have to think that if the game started out while conditions were within the heat index guidelines but then for whatever reason it was to (hypothetically) heat up and then exceed allowable conditions, they'd have to suspend play.

The whole field should be in the shade long before kickoff, I can't imagine it being too bad.

They're only separated by six points per game, historically, with Highlands on the winning end.

Too much talent on the field I think for a blowout, but turnovers can certainly make a game look not as close as it really was.  One team dominating, I don't see that happening.
