Agreed, I’m not sure the percentage of fans that come through that gate, but I know just simply the amount of people can’t be small.

I almost always use that gate.

To the plus, it always reminded me of when I was in high school because it was exactly the same.

One of the reasons I admire the historical and current success Beechwood has had is that they have done it without a ton of "D1" talent. Attempting to call them out for lack of success at the next lev

Cash needs to do what he thinks is best for him. Hopefully he is happy and gets what he is looking for. I wish him the best whether it is Beechwood, Cov Cath or somewhere else.

That’s a great problem to have. Was the 2009-2015 gap the Mayfield curse years? Good luck to the Tigers this year, as us in NKY are for sure seeing how the new coach works out.

Beechwood did something I would have done last year. They moved Campbell to middle linebacker this year. The kid is an awesome athlete. I hope he has a great season.

That and maybe a non-football administrator calling the shots.

Last year he was in the best spot for the team as they had one of top middle linebackers in NKY last year.

Top in the state. Waddell could’ve started at any school he wanted at LB last year.

Campbell was at the perfect position for the team last year, but I’m happy to see him now get to roam the middle of the field and do damage there. He will have another excellent season.

Waddell was the heartbeat of that Defense. Many great kids and players on the 3peat Defenses, but no one could stick a hole like him. Great move this year putting X there but looking back to last year is a non discussion to me. Can’t wait to see him roam around this year. Have to think he will be rushing from all over with his speed and quickness.

Couldn’t have said it better myself. I’ll take Waddell over any other MLB in 2A and perhaps the state last year. I truly believe with him not injured the CCH game would’ve been closer.

I'm excited to see Chase Flaherty on the field this year.  I heard he was playing travel baseball all summer, wondering if he's still pitching or if he's in football-mode yet?  Those are definitely 2 sports that are hard to play together at a high level now a days.  Which is his main sport?

IMO those two sports are the easiest to play together, especially for skill positions.

Random thought here but I heard from the Beechwood Authority today, the natives are riding high in Fort Mitchell.

I watched the scrimmage, the Tigers will be just fine.
