Yep. 

The only thing I can really compare this to was Christian Erickson of Denmark collapsing during the European Soccer Championships last year. The match was delayed almost two hours until it was confirmed that he was okay. I would have to think it would take at least that before they could play, and even then I’m not sure. 

They have to know Hamlin is going to survive this before they can continue.

Ambulance is apparently still waiting at the stadium to get his mother to ride with him. 

Wasn’t breathing on his own, but had a pulse. Used CPR and AED on the field.

I don’t know if that sounds good or bad. This is all just awful.

I'll be surprised if this game is ever completed, tonight or later. 

Unless they find out soon that he's OK and going to be ok it should be canceled.

That was the most awful thing I’ve seen. How fast the ambulance was brought in made me think it was more than a head/neck injury, then they let us know about the CPR. No way these dudes can play tonight not knowing how he’s doing, especially as a teammate. Being Devils advocate here. If they suspend the game when could either team make this game up? if I’m the HC of Buffalo I’d rather take an L through forfeit then put my other players at risk bc they’re playing a violent sport at half speed and no emotion.  Let’s pray for this young man.

I don't think it's a head/neck/spinal injury. Aneurysm or heart attack is probably what it is.
