He did, and I thought the same thing too, but it seems like Prince is expected to get the start.

That is so interesting. Prince was not the choice then but is now. Matchup issue this week vs. last week? Was Prince not on the active roster for last week's game and thus not available to sub for Collins? I am curious on this one.

OK. Did some research. It looks like Prince was not active last week and that is why he did not sub in for Collins. Prince has been on IR most of the season and then when he came off IR the Bengals moved him to the practice squad. It is looking like Prince will get the start now that they can activate him.

The Steelers got it done last night against the Ravens meaning if we win tonight then we are the AFC North Champs.

Additionally, the Chiefs play this coming Saturday so assuming the Bengals win tonight we will know going into our game next week if we are playing for the number one seed or if the Ravens game is just a practice game.

Do I have that right?

Just so everyone knows the kickoff for tonight's game has been pushed back from 8:15 to 8:30 due the Rose Bowl not kicking off until 5:00pm. I will be surprised if it doesn't kick a little later as long as college games go now. I hope it gets over before some severe thunderstorms that are predicted later tonight arrive.

We would still need to win next week in order to keep the #2 seed unless Buffalo loses.

Pushing back Monday Night Football for an exhibition college game is rich!

On the weather, it has improved slightly and the call for rain has been pushed back a couple of hours.  Hopefully it won't be too bad.  The second half weather is the question mark so the first half is going to be really important. 

They are also showing this game on ABC along with ESPN just so everyone knows.

We've rarely been a good 1st half team. Last week against the Patriots is the only example I can come up with in the Zac Taylor era that we've been considerably better in the beginning of the game. 

Let's hope the weather holds off until the drive home.

Yes, if the Bengals win tonight they will still have to play to win next week in order to secure the #2 seed over Buffalo. We don't want to play Buffalo in Buffalo if that matchup happens.

The only way the Bengals would know the results of the Buffalo game before playing next week would be if the Bengals got flexed to the late game Sunday night. I don't see that happening because the NFL/TV team is not going to risk that Sunday night game being meaningless, which it would be if Buffalo loses before the Bengals kick off.

Yes sir.  Always work 154/156 during the game and should be behind there by the big jumbotron pregame!

I am concerned about the thunder and lightning tonight. This game has a chance to finish about 2am depending on the weather. 

The Bills are now a 2.5 favorite.
