I see the Bills are a 1 point favorite now.

I think the Bengals defense will be up to the challenge. As long as the offense can get to 24 points + , the Bengals should win.

It is basically betting the money-line, there is no spread to win by. Just the winner of the game. Very, very rare. 

The Bills are still good, but they don't run the ball well, are starting to show weaknesses covering tight ends and backs out of the backfield, and rely too much on their QB to bail them out.  I like the Bengals here.
