Final.

Wow.  Just caught this online elsewhere.  Headline said NKU held UC to 11 points in the second half???  Anyone watch this one, what gives?

Ouch UC.

Congrats NKU!

Just solid team defense and rebounding also coupled with poor post play from UC.

NKU started the game on fire. That was key to get that momentum rolling. Fun game to be at! Love seeing the local talent having success!

Yeah, I was there.  On this night NKU simply out played UC in about every part of the game.  I have to believe UC has been over hyped big time.

Fun environment for the Norse!

Would love to watch NKU beat UK! Great win NKU! UC has a lot of work to do.

Be great if they played in the first round of the tournament this year.

UC could not solve NKU's match-up zone.  The Norse were extremely active and aggressive on the defensive end.  Highlands grad Vinson and their post player Chris Brandon finished with multiple blocks and steals.  The refs were letting them play which benefitted the more aggressive team.  Nice statement win for the Norse.

Go Norse!!!

Well, yes and no, it would mean they both made the big dance, but NKU is not ready to compete against UK.

They played round 1 a few years ago. UK faithful figure it would be an easy one....as it should.

Yeah totally.  My whole reason for saying that is because it means that NKU was dancing again.  I'd imagine they'd get smoked but being there again is a big accomplishment.
