nees1212
Dixie made this official today. Patrick Burke is the new head coach. Talking to some in the know, Dixie wanted to look outside and bring in some new blood to the program. Hopefully he can bring the kids out and have some success. 1

Voice of Reason
There is a lot of potential at Dixie. Dixie could be the top 6A program in N. Ky. Congrats to Coach Burke.

Kenny Powers
I’ve always thought Dixie was one of the more underperforming schools in NKY. I get that open enrollment in Kenton Co. and Beechwood and CCH hurt them but there is still a lot of talent walking the halls of Dixie. For the sake of NKY football, I hope Coach Burke can bring Dixie to their potential!

Tones
I believe that Coach Brossart was teaching math at Cov Cath (while coaching Finnytown?) while Coach Burke would have been walking the halls at Cov Cath.

That hadn't crossed my mind but interesting that he was announced at Indian Hill not long after Dixie made this official. Was he in the running? YOUTH2019
Hearing a lot of good things already from the Dixie parents. Heard parent meeting went great as the new coach laid out his intentions to help these kids reach there goals after high school. That’s very important for parents and kids to hear. Definitely need a plan on how to achieve goals. It starts after freshman year. NKY football needs this type of football and competition. 1
