I have come up with a suggestion. Allow the Top team in a class to play the top team in any class greater than the class they are in. That way we get to see CAL vs Boyle, already saw CAL vs Owensboro and last but not least CAL vs Trinity. Be fun, I know impossible but be fun. Worthy of talking about what ifs.

I don't know if I have seen a Boyle team come out this strong this fast. I know they will also get better. That's scary.

I got to say this. I wonder if these type of scores would bring in more people to watch? Just something to think about. I know I would love sitting there and watching the action.

I really hate to pick against Johnson Central. This seems to be just one of those years where they are vulnerable but still can beat the good teams if they get the momentum. But Belfry may be the winner in this one. Could go either way.

Corbin should roll in this one. Ground game is very good for Corbin and Bryan Station also has a good ground game. Look forward to seeing if Bryan Station gives them any issues or if Corbin opens up the high-powered passing game. I expect a running clock.

Paducah Tilghman offense is fine. Defense will get better as the season goes on. PT wins.

North Laurel will roll into Corbin this Friday night to take on the Corbin Redhounds. Western Hills saw a Corbin high power offense put a running clock in the 1st quarter going up 35-0. North Laurel came out hot and never slowed down and looked to overpower the Perry County Central by a score of 42-7. Last seasons matchup between North Laurel and Corbin was a slugfest with Corbin pulling away in the end. Thoughts on this one.

Yes. I do believe Pulaski is the second-best team under Owensboro. Atherton no doubt worthy. A team I didn't give a lot of mention was North Laurel. North can make a run in the lower part of the top 10. I said they would drop but mainly because they play a tuff schedule early. Corbin and Madison Central in whom they beat by a point last season is 2 teams they may lose to early. But North Laurel can make a claim in the top 10 but will need to get those wins when they play South Laurel, and or at least Play Pulaski a close game. I'm not sure Pulaski loses many this season but still has to beat Corbin, Johnson Central and South Warren and to me right now Corbin is the game to watch. I cheer for North Laurel, got some friends kids who play on the team.

I think you will like the view of that drive down there. Elk, Bear and plenty of deer down that way. Enjoy the trip.
