Alcohol Intoxication or AI for short.

When you add enough alcohol it applies to all public places in Kentucky.  On one hand it is a great law, on the other hand it is easy to abuse. 

I’m seeing no suspension for Paulo.  Indefinite suspension for the grandkid, Savarino.  

Could aiding and abetting charge possibly be because he provided the alcohol?

From reading about how the charge works, it sounds like it was more likely that he gave his keys to Savarino to drive.

According to the Duke athletics website, he is 20.   Guessing Banchero's name made it into the media reports for 2 reasons.  1) He is arguably the top freshman in college basketball.   2) Unless you are really tuned into Duke basketball, you had no idea that Savarino was Coach K's grandson because his name isn't Krzyzewski.
