Levi Rogers who is on staff, Spencer’s cousin would be An excellent hire, he has deep roots to Lincoln, I’m not sure he will go with Spencer but he may, I think Lincoln should really take a look at him.

I reached out to some people around Lincolns program and they all said there were a couple assistants who would be interested they think. From just initial conversations, either would be a great hire.  I didn't realize he was family with Crutchfield so he may be going with him also. 

I wish them the best. The worst thing that could happen is having too high of expectations.

Having a winning season would be a step in the right direction. Hasn’t happened in 6 years. I also think they’ll give Bell County a run for their money the next 2 seasons for the district title.

Coach Rogers has been offensive coordinator under Coach Leffew and defensive coordinator under Coach Crutchfield.  He has the kids respect, and he bleeds Lincoln red.  Congrats to Coach Crutchfield if it's true.  

I'm clearly in the minority here or this thread wouldn't be at the top of the activity stream at all times, but I'm ready for this job to be filled lol.
