DevilMayCare 2,950 Posted April 2 Before exiting the game, Ashland's starters shot 63% from the field, 10/16 from behind the arc, and 11/11 from the free throw line. An absolute clinic. 1
Tomcats1990 245 Posted April 2 WOW. Great performance by the CATS. Hopefully KYs players were taking notes! Lol.
tcjkbt 1,665 Posted April 2 Did not see this at all.
DragonFire 2,203 Posted April 2 That’s what Ashland can do when they get hot outside. Best game by them in a little bit.
DevilMayCare 2,950 Posted April 2 Four Tomcats landed in double figures, led by Cole Villers and Ethan Sellars with 20 points each. Big game out of freshman Zander Carter (18 pts, including 4 threes). Luke Imfeld was the only Rebel in double figures with 12.

nikeman49 52 Posted April 2 This should answer all the doubters that said Ashland was overrated all year and should be lower in rankings. And there was a bunch on here that constantly said that. 4
B-Ball-fan 2,546 Posted April 2 I had to split about the time the 2nd half began. Was there a running clock, and about how long into the half did it begin?
GOREDDEVILS 876 Posted April 2 Running Clock was at 6:30 to go in the 3rd.

I'm familiar with it in football but that's all, unless that was a football reference that just went completely over my head.
GOREDDEVILS 876 Posted April 3 Yes, basketball has a Running Clock at 36 points just like football.
GOREDDEVILS 876 Posted April 3 Also once the running clock starts it keeps running. In some states if they get below the running clock it runs like normal.
BEChargers 196 Posted April 3 Obviously wasn't how they wanted the season to end but great year Rebels. Congrats to the Sr's and Coach Webb. Coach Webb is a good coach and a really good guy.

gchs_uk9 3,446 Posted April 3 Absolute clinic by Ashland. Their hands were everywhere forcing seventeen turnovers (thirteen were steals). And then they made seemingly every shot. Only concern was Porter appeared to injure his ankle late in the third quarter. He was moving around the bench area gingerly. Something to keep an eye on tomorrow.
