March 19, 20215 yr March madness at its finest. Obanor, Abmas both can play for anyone in the Country.
March 19, 20215 yr First tournament win for ORU since my freshman year in college. That’s a long time, my friends.

March 19, 20215 yr So I guess with this big upset. This should stop any talk of UK fans wanting the OSU coach as the next UK coach right?

March 19, 20215 yr Author I have to be honest I've never seen ORU play for several years, but they have two very good players in Kevin Obanor and Max Abams. I had no idea that the Abams kid was leading the nation in scoring. Also, both of these guys are underclassman. One last interesting fact that both Big 10 teams who have lost actually got to play in a gym they played in this season however they also both lost to Purdue in those games as well.
March 19, 20215 yr As an OSU guy, the sad part is nobody really cares about this up there. They will be talking about who’s the QB next year, by tomorrow afternoon.

Especially when you consider that coach who missed this year has multiple final fours with three teams, multiple championships appearances, and a title on his resume too. At the end of the day he just lost to a 15 seed, even though he by far had the more talented team. Does that mean he isn’t that good of a coach now? I’m sure that would be what people would say, if that happened with him here at UK. So seriously asking, does that take him off peoples short list of who they would want?
