School Teacher Staff Vaccinations

I am hearing that the teachers and staffs at schools have started or have already received their first vaccination. What is everyone else hearing?

Got mine yesterday. I was going to post a before and after photo but they looked exactly the same.

Have seen a few counties that started.  I signed up and they are supposed to start next week at UK for Fayette County teachers.

From what I've gathered, teacher vaccinations in group 1B or so will rollout over the next few weeks.  By mid-February, I think all teachers in the Commonwealth who wanted to get vaccinated will be finished up.  I saw on Twitter where several Northern KY teachers had gotten their first dose this weekend.

Next Saturday for the first dose.

Should get mine this week. It was announced that all KY teachers opting to get their first dose should receive it by February 1st.

My wife is a substitute and she is getting her vaccine this week.

Got my first dose at UK today.  UK is doing an amazing job!!  First day of mass vaccinations at Kroger Field and it couldn’t have been more organized or efficient.  Their goal is 2000 vaccinations per day 6 days a week.

I did not feel good the following day. MY arm was sore and I felt tired and cranky. I've heard that the side effects are worse with the booster I am supposed to get in two and half weeks.

Got mine Saturday. No side effects other than very short from my left elbow to neck to right shoulder blade. Fine otherwise.

Got mine and the only side effect I had was a craving for brownies.  Well . . . that might have been there before, so . . .

Our entire district (teachers, administrators, bus drivers, janitors, maintenance, everyone) is scheduled to get theirs on Wednesday of this week.
