Congratulations to Mike Hester and his Walton-Verona Bearcats, who ran their record to 3-0 as they swept through the 8th Region All-A.

The Cats defeated Owen County tonight for the title, 69-43.

Walton wins their three games by an average of 33.3 points.

I saw Walton's first game vs Williamstown; considering the chaos surrounding this season, I thought Walton looked very sharp.
