November 7, 20205 yr Does Michigan fire him this weekend or do they wait until Ohio State pummels the Wolverines at the end of the season?
November 7, 20205 yr Hard to see him making it through the season but Indiana is ranked higher than Michigan.
November 7, 20205 yr I think they should give him 4-5 more years, let him get his guy at QB then we can see. No reason to jump to conclusions.

That’s no way to treat a former alumni who went to a Super Bowl and lead Stanford to the Orange Bowl. Rome wasn’t built overnight.
November 7, 20205 yr If they do fire Harbaugh, wonder who they will go after? Let's face it, the athletic department has done a pathetic job hiring head coaches since Carr. Maybe UM can do like Notre Dame and after many failed coaches, find their Brian Kelley.

Fickell won’t wear Michigan blue, but Penn State navy blue is possible.

November 9, 20205 yr Harbaugh has been the most successful coach at Michigan in a long, LONG, time. Everybody typically has this elevated opinion of Michigan... But my question is, why? Are they a good football team most years? Sure. But when was the last time we really thought Michigan could make a run for even a B1G title, much less a national title? Michigan and Notre Dame are the two most overrated programs year in and year out in College Football.

Every year a loss to someone they shouldn't lose to and the next big game they win will be their first one in 20 years or more. They've blown them all: Random middle of the year games, Cocktail Parties, SEC Championship Games, and National Championships.

November 15, 20205 yr I was thinking the Wisconsin drubbing may have done it for Harbaugh. Then I came across this stat that surprised the heck out of me. Since Harbaugh arrived at Michigan in 2015, Michigan is #10 in winning percentage among the Power 5 schools with an over .700 winning percentage. Does that shock anyone else as much as it did me? Harbaugh has one more left on his contract with a $10 million buyout. That makes a buyout unlikely but it is tough to recruit as a lame duck coach. Rarely does a big school coach head into a season in the last year of a contract. Regardless of how this season ends, I see Harbaugh and Michigan re-negotiating the current contract and Harbaugh either gets an extension or moves on.
