Didn’t appear to be a case of the shooter kicking out his legs either. Hate the call because of the moment and S-E-C! but the right one, and one that unfortunately must be made.

I thought Virginia walked at midcourt earlier.

With 7 seconds remaining, Jerome dribbled off his heel then went and recovered the ball. Did he continue his dribble or did he gather the ball with 2 hands and then dribble again?

I need to watch that sequence again. I think it should have been a double dribble

The foul call was 100% correct.

 

They missed the double dribble on Jerome though.

Free throws are rather important.

They just said on the broadcast that Virginia should have been called for a double dribble.

Wow. Tough loss after great comeback by Auburn. Too bad the ref missed Jerome’s double dribble just before Auburn fouled him to burn clock.
