I am not sure I agree with all these individual results, but that record is probably pretty close to what their record would be. Personally, I think Male, Trinity and Covington Catholic are very likely losses. Then I see at least one loss from Belfry, Boyle, Johnson Central and Beechwood.

Jumper, I’m can’t remember for sure, but isn’t this a repeat of the eighth grade championship from four years ago? I know CAL played them in either the final or semi-finals.

I just feel like they have flown under the radar this year. And I was wondering what other people's reasoning was for not really mentioning them as much as a Boyle County or South Warren etc. It was just a curiosity post. They just, to me, seem to be on par with all the teams that everyone says are the best.

I’m in total agreement with you. I didn’t start this thread. I am just amazed how much everyone knows about CAL football this year. But just to be clear you aren’t including U of L in you list are you. I would have to argue that one. LOL

I know I am getting ahead of things here but assuming CAL wipes Mayfield out in the finals I think it is a discussion worth having.

Good point. CAL's SOS is one of the lowest of the top 25 teams in the state. However, it should be noted that Mayfield's SOS is about the same as CAL's.
