March 27, 20188 yr Saving Private Ryan Black Hawk Down Lone Survivor American Sniper Courage Under Fire Zero Dark Thirty Those are the ones that come to mind. Top Gun and Forrest Gump as well although they are certainly a different type of war movie than the others listed.

I'm going to name a few that are great that might not get named here instead of other favorites: Conspiracy The Boy in Striped Pajamas The Messenger Enemy at the Gates Hart's War Enemy at the Gates is a phenomenal war movie! If you haven't seen it, you're really missing out.
