Selfishly I am glad this season is over. Can get back to the NBA where the quality of play is 20 times better than the college product.

I wish SGA would have forced the action and kept attacking the rim. Refs were calling everything. If he gets 20 free throws, UK wins by double digits.

I think some including me said Cal would have the team playing it's best come tourny time and would be a real threat to make a torunament run. Which they was. However in this tournament all it takes is one loss and you are out. As Gonzaga also just found out in its 15 point loss to a 9 seed.

 

I absolutely love this tournament, but it definitely is hard as heck to win it all. If it was a playoff series type torunament we probably have 2 more titles under Cal in 2010 and 2015. However that's what makes winning it so special, because it definitely is a tough task to win it all.
