July 26, 20179 yr From another article I read the prescriptions go to retirees and active duty personnel. They did not break it down as to which group received what % of the dollars. Cannot help to think that the bulk went to the veterans.

She gets full assistance and the government has paid TWICE for her to get in vitro fertilization. She has had two sets of twins and she has never had a job in her life.
