June 8, 20179 yr On the last Durant three, I can see where Bron Bron was not in Durants face. Warriors only down one, why give him an easy and one? Sag a little, I didn't (though maybe we all should) expect a three in that situation. I also cant defend Bron having a killer instinct. Dude can drive and score literally everytime he has the ball. Poor possessions by the Cavs down the stretch, and I totally disagree with Irving shooting a three at the end. Bron should've been screaming for the ball, instead of hanging three feet behind the arc. While I personally believe Bron would destroy MJ, he doesnt particularly like crunch time.

June 8, 20179 yr What a bum. I don't think anyone is calling him a bum. But it is fair to criticize when people want to compare him to the GOAT. I don't mind the pass to the corner for Korver he drove the basket and Korver has an open shot, that is a good shot he just didn't hit it. I have a problem down one and Lebron not calling for the ball and allowing an ISO play for Kyrie. Sure Kyrie hits tough shots and had an amazing game. But if you are the best player in the world you have to touch the ball there, you have to.

Crazy stat. 10 of those came in the final minute or so of the first quarter. Of course his +/- was +18 until the last 3:00 of the game when he helped give back those points.

LeBron's history shows he will settle for a jumper in clutch time moments... something he is not good at doing.

June 8, 20179 yr I thought the Cavs played a really solid second half until the last minute or so. Their last 3 important offensive possessions were pretty woeful, although Korver had a good look in the corner. Game was a blast to watch, though. The Warriors are just so polished offensively. Maybe the greatest offensive team I've ever seen.

The other two on the entire team were Williams (+4) and Korver (+3). Love was -11 and Irving was -9. As I mentioned after Game 1, people love to laugh and parrot "Lebron needs help" as if he was supposed to carry everything by himself, and guess what - the numbers show he's still carrying more than his fair share. This is a man that has lifted his teams to 7 consecutive NBA finals, and in 2007, literally carried his team there. I don't believe he is the GOAT, but he is in the conversation and it is disingenuous for people to continue to pretend otherwise.
