Were people saying Lebron needs more help before they banged into a brick wall of a far superior team? Frankly, Love's inability to do a single thing other than rebound last night is why they lost. I don't understand what you're arguing anyway, as it was you who posted how poorly Cleveland did the instant Lebron left the floor for the paltry amount of time he did. If that doesn't say "needs help" then I don't know what does. The Cavs beat Golden State last year. The Warriors improved via one of the best players in the league. The Cavs stayed flat. Simple as that. I always wondered when people are going to question if how LeBron plays hurts his teammates. Meaning it's been shown LeBron needs to dominate the ball for him to be himself. He never gets in a flow of a game when he plays off the ball or not controlling the pace. He is a great passer but he has to dominate the ball to be himself. Which with that it makes for a whole lot of isolation basketball on every team he has been on. Yes he creates open shots but it's basically isolation basketball with at most one pass on his teams. Nothing like the Warriors who are always moving and passing. A lot easier for a player to get in a flow of a game when they are moving, touching the ball and in the flow of a game. My point is no matter where James goes people say he doesn't have enough help blah, blah, blah. Somehow whoever he plays with all of a sudden don't look as great. Well maybe it's because of LeBron. As great as he is, how he has to play doesn't necessarily always help others get in a flow. When he is in a game he can dominate with isolation basketball. Meaning his teammates get use to that and reliant on it. So when he leaves the game, teammates aren't use to not having him now and struggle. He is so great but it hurts the team because they get use to his isolation basketball each play, that they don't know how to play without it. On the flip side even with Curry or Durant or both out of the game. They have even bench players who score because their offense is still cutting and flowing. They stay in the flow of a game because that's what their offense is. It doesn't throw them off when their star players are not in. How Lebron has to play makes if hard for teammates because it's all iso stuff with him in, and so when he leaves there is no offense because they are so use to just iso stuff.

Gilbert has bent over backwards to please him and it's never enough. LeBron has enough help. To make my long post shorter. Go back and watch that last possession by Irving. Over 20 dribbles, about 5-6 between the legs dribbles and he absolutely goes no where and settles for a step back long jumper. That same shot he missed last night after a lot of dribbles is the same shot he won them a title with last year. Irving is clutch time is who I would prefer to take the shot than LeBron if I was a Cavs fan.

If you think this Cavs team has enough talent to beat the Dubs, you make it abundantly clear basketball analysis isn't your thing. Curry actually had great defense on him on that shot he made last year. Plus that shot had even more pressure last year when he made it. They were on the road in game 7, with under a minute to go. That shot won them a championship. The shot last night would have only won them a game. With that said he should have drove if he was going to shoot it. The Warriors had not stopped him all night when he drove.

As for Chris Paul he is older and won nothing in his career. He is great but give me Irving. As for Wall, I love him. Especially since he is from UK. However I would take Irving every day of the week over Wall.
