Denzel Washington would be awesome as well if I went the entertainment industry route.

Sports - Joe Maddon. He seems like a great character, and a great baseball mind. Cal would be a very close second.

 

Politics - George H W Bush. He probably knows more secrets than just about anyone. He was in the military, was a member of congress, was a UN embassador, was liason to China, CIA Director, VP, and POTUS.

 

Entertainment - I've never been wowed by entertainment people, but I'd love to talk music with David Byrne.
