You guys are going about this all wrong. I'm going with Ayman al-Zawahiri. He's the world's most wanted man with a $25 million reward for information leading to his arrest. A quick 911 call later and you can schmooze all the celebrities you want when you're a millionaire.

Politics - George H W Bush. He probably knows more secrets than just about anyone. He was in the military, was a member of congress, was a UN embassador, was liason to China, CIA Director, VP, and POTUS.

 

If I knew the person would answer every question I have with 100% honesty, this would be who I'd choose. And for the reasons you outlined.
