Got pretty hairy for a minute.

Kind of scary in Independence for a few minutes. It got so loud cause of wind. Pretty crazy.

Very underwhelming storm. Meh.

 

We do have a couple widow makers hanging right over our fire pit now though. Strong winds for sure.

Actually got out of bed and went downstairs. Wind starting sounding like the train sound they speak of. Blew my grill over, and it's a big one. Lost a couple of trees. Have to thank Mother Nature for that. Ash trees that were coming down eventually.

That was crazy. I sent the kids to the basement as I watched full garbage cans go flying through the air. Trampolines are all over the neighborhood laying in a mangled mess, except 1 that is wrapped around a tree. Fence sections are laying on the ground. My satellite dish that has never needed adjusting in the 9 years I've been here is now pointing in the wrong direction. My front door blew open and the pressure in the house caused my attic access panel to lift up and into the attic.

Wife made us all go downstairs. Porch furniture was blown everywhere, street is cover with everyone's trash and garbage cans all over the place. Basketball hoop came down on my truck bed. Tiny scratch on side but nothing going bad. The sound of the wind was just nuts!!

If that wasn't a tornado, I don't ever want to live through one. I legitimately thought a train was coming in my back door and we ran to the basement. That was some really scary stuff
