Nye tried to respect Carlson's time to share his point of view even though Carlson talked over and disrespected Nye throughout the segment. Finally at the end Nye had enough and tried to take a jab - and it flopped. I do think Nye got under Carlson's skin when he asked Carlson what he thought about the future for his four kids with global warming. And for those who haven't watched, nothing of significance in the clip on global warming. Just another bickering session with Carlson and no real discussion of global warming.

As to the question about the impact of human activity, I think if it is a diversionary question. Here is my simple approach. 1. Is the planet getting warmer? I think it is an irrefutable fact the planet is getting warmer - 16 straight years of the hottest years on record. 2. Does anything done by man contribute to the heat? If yes, we should be concerned and working to fix it, regardless of what percent it contributes to the problem.
