I've eaten just about everything common at least once and quite a bit of uncommon.

 

Wife's grandfather used to eat souse meat (aka head cheese) and tried to get me to try it. Not happening. I saw stuff in there that looked like gills and fingernails floating around in a gelatinous goo. Yuck.

 

That is where I draw the line
