Prayers needed

I'd appreciate it if you'd keep my mother in your prayers. A few weeks ago, she was diagnosed with metastatic neuroendicrine carcinoma. A tumor roughly the size of a tennis ball was discovered on her pelvic bone. A PET Scan has located several other tumors on her lungs, liver, and lymph nodes. The initial prognosis is with treatments, she'll make it another 1-2 years. Lots of decisions are coming rather quickly, and being the only child, I'm a large voice in these discussions. Pray for comfort for my mother, and peace of mind for me that I'm helping her choose what's best.

I have been blessed to know LCD's mother for as long as I can remember. She is such a gracious, godly woman, and it breaks my heart to hear this news. Will definitely be praying for her and LCD. Such good people.

Many prayers coming your way from someone who just went through this situation. I have no words that will help or make you feel better. Just know that many of us here will be praying for you and your family, especially your mother.

 

My only adive is spend as much time with her as you possibly can. Talk about life, reminisce, thank her and tell her how much you love her. It will benefit you both more than you know.
