CCH threw 7 times in the first half. I only remember 1 pass in the 2nd half.

Riot police on stand bye. Curfew has been enacted and the national guard is on the way.

Casey McGinnis is a stud. To think he almost was a Bluebird. Congrats to the Colonels.

 

Highlands........same ole same ole! Not a single change on a defense that has allowed I was told 52 points a game. What!

 

Oh well, better concentrate on Grant Cty. Oh and I have Dixie Chili covered for any players wanting to wear their uniform pants out this week.

Saw the game. CCH just dominated every aspect of the game. This is easily the worst HHS defense I have ever seen (it is not even close) and I started watching HHS games in the 1970's. I cannot tell you how many plays ended with CCH O linemen literally laying on top of HHS D linemen waiting for the whistle to stop the play. One pancake block after another...

 

I don't want to forget to give CCH credit though. I was very impressed with the Maher and McGinness (not sure if I am spelling either correctly). Both were fun to watch (unless you are a HHS fan:lol2:.)

Does this mean Highlands will be coming to Putnam Stadium 1st round of the playoffs?

Congrats to CCH on making it a Rivalry again! Best CCH team I have seen in a decade so it was no fluke!

 

Was pumped to hear about the possible changes on Defense tonight for the Birds..... then nothing, no change! Just unreal.

I know Cov Cath lost to Ryle, but they may be best team in NKY. They are rolling and may win State. They beat a really good Ohio team in Sycamore and are just rolling teams. They have good skill players, and a really good line. If not this year then next year they will be the team to beat in my opinion.

What is the deal with the HHS linebacker (#17) wearing the bright gold shoes?? If you are on a historically bad defense, not sure why you would want to wear shoes that stand out...

That is what is the worst. He has played 110% no matter what. He is a fantastic player, person, and leader. I hope that it is something he can return from
