I think anything is possible. And may happen. But I'd say a couple things. I would think if that's the case, we'd start to see that this coming week. If they were going to do it, I'd guess they'd want some game experience doing it prior to seeing Cov Cath again!

 

Secondly, I sure hope this team and staff isn't looking past anyone to a rematch with Cov Cath. That's not a given. So if they are going to do it, it shouldn't be for just playing Cov Cath. It better be to hopefully turn things around for whoever shows up to play them the rest of the year.

I am happy for Eddie. This, to the best of my knowledge, is his 1st win v Highlands as s player or coach. He deserved a win in 96 for his effort as a player, so it is good to see him get one as a coach.

Not so sure there will be a rematch if they keep giving up 48 pts a game.

That class is full of great guys. I was just harassing them a bit. I have openly said I might be the worst player in Highlands history, so me throwing stones at anyone is no different.

Easy on the '91 guys. A lot of good players and guys on that squad. A couple of big injuries on that team (Zink and Gallichio). Had about 8 sophomores end up starting in spots during the year....This year's guys are going through something not seen in most people's lifetime.

Is this a Ryle thread? What makes you think that you know anything about Highlands football? Let me know when Ryle wins something and then we will talk. Change happened last year and they went to state semi's. Where was Ryle that week? Oh yeah, at home getting ready for the next season.

 

I am not a Ryle guy but for you to say this is ridiculous. If Highlands played 6A like Ryle they would not have all those titles. Come on your a smart guy you know teams in NKY can't compete with the Trinity's, Males and X on a consistent basis.
