I didn't watch much of the UK game Saturday because real football was being played in Oxford and Lincoln, but Stephen Johnson looked pretty good right? Just looking at the stats, they seemed pretty good.

He played pretty well but is listed 2nd on the depth chart this week. Hope that Stoops is just playing with SC and will start Johnson.

I have a gut feeling Johnson ends up starting the game. I do think Barker will be "the guy" when he returns, but Stoops will probably hold him out to make sure he's 100% and to see if Johnson is "for real". I haven't completely given up on Barker, but I'm not jumping the the Backup QB train just yet.

 

Stoops better find some players on defense, heck start playing guys both ways if needed, but this is a MUST in order to get to the magic 6 wins this year.

We sat in the parents section for the 2nd half and Johnson had a ton of family there to cheer him on! So happy for him to be able to get the call and play in front of them!
